The portfolio comprises 14 primarily industrial/distribution properties located throughout the UK, with a bias towards South Wales, Midlands/Central and the North West of England, and totals approx 850,000sq ft. There are 115 tenancies producing a current annual rental income of approx £2.5 million.

Through a programme of lettings, refurbishment, sub-division, strategic sales and purchases the annual rental income has been increased by 41% over a period of 2½ years whilst retaining a static level of debt. In addition, the lease profile has been improved through a process of renewal and re-structuring.

A hands on, intensive and proactive management strategy has been implemented, including regular tenant liaison. in order to better understand both the operational and occupational requirements. This has resulted in the early identification of opportunities to add value across the entire portfolio.
