Gareth Marchment, BSc MRICS

Gareth is a General Practice Surveyor having experience in all aspects of the property market throughout the UK. He qualified with Bruton Knowles in 2003, and spent the next 5 years concentrating on investment and development projects with Granite Estates and their JV Partners. This included many mixed used and trade counter schemes, taking them from acquisition, through financing and construction before placing the investments successfully into the market.
