• Operating a market leading ‘cost-saving’ contract, allowing us to showcase our commercial expertise.
• Managing one of the largest vertical transportation contracts in the UK with over 30 elevators, 8 external cradles, and 3 gantry systems.
• Providing Total FM Services to both the common parts of the building, and multiple occupiers of the estate.
