Richard Budd, BSc Dip Bldg Cons(RICS) MRICS

Richard is a Chartered Building Surveyor having qualified in 1990 and has previously worked for GBR Phoenix Beard & Harris Lamb. He has worked across a wide range of sectors and property types, from retail, to industrial and commercial, as well as residential property, and can advise on the full range of Building Surveying matters, from Acquisition advice and Due Diligence, to Repairs and Planned Maintenance, Dilapidations, Refurbishments and Extensions, as well as New Build contracts.

He is also an appointed Diocesan Surveyor for the Birmingham Anglican Diocese, and has advised Clients on a variety of old and new ecclesiastical property, as well as secular Traditional and Listed buildings.
